Who we are

BuytoLetFinance.co.uk is a trading name of Lenzie Consulting Ltd. We are the data controller for personal data submitted through this site.

What we collect

• Information you provide on enquiry forms: name, email, phone, intent, property details.
• Calculator inputs you choose to share with a broker.
• Information shared via the chat widget.
• Standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security and analytics.

What we do with it

• Contact you about your enquiry.
• Package your case to lenders on our panel, with your consent.
• Meet our AML, fraud-prevention and record-keeping obligations.
• Improve the service, in aggregated form.

Your rights

You have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under UK GDPR. To exercise any of them, email enquiries@buytoletfinance.co.uk.

We use first-party privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible) and the GoHighLevel chat widget. A cookie consent banner provides granular controls.

Regulatory status

Lenzie Consulting Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We arrange non-regulated buy-to-let mortgages only. We do not arrange Consumer Buy-to-Let or other regulated mortgages — if your case falls into the regulated regime we will refer you to an FCA-authorised firm.
